Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at medventurecare.com and the coordination services offered by MedVenture ("MedVenture", "we", "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Nature of our service
MedVenture is a medical tourism coordination service, not a healthcare provider. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or perform medical procedures. All medical care is provided by independent, licensed clinics, hospitals, and professionals in Egypt (and elsewhere, where applicable). Your relationship for medical treatment is with those providers, not with MedVenture.
2. What our service includes
Subject to your package or agreement, our coordination may include assistance with enquiries, introductions to partner providers, travel and stay planning support, communication before and during your trip, and follow-up coordination as agreed. Exact inclusions depend on what you book and what we confirm in writing (including proposals, invoices, and correspondence).
3. Patient responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete information about your health, travel plans, and contact details.
- Follow the advice and instructions of your treating clinicians and comply with clinic policies and local laws.
- Obtain any visas, insurance, and vaccinations required for travel to Egypt unless we have explicitly included otherwise in your booking.
- Maintain appropriate travel and medical insurance as recommended for your circumstances.
4. Payments and refunds
Fees for our coordination services and any deposits or payments for third-party services (clinics, hotels, etc.) will be set out in your quote, invoice, or booking confirmation. Payments may be processed via Stripe or other methods we specify.
Refunds: Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation, third-party provider policies, and costs already incurred on your behalf. Unless otherwise stated in your agreement or mandatory consumer law, non-refundable deposits and amounts paid to locked-in suppliers may not be recoverable. If you need to cancel or change plans, contact us as soon as possible; we will apply our refund and cancellation policy communicated at booking or in your contract.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MedVenture is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services (except where liability cannot be excluded by law — for example death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud) shall not exceed the fees you paid to MedVenture for the specific coordination service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the event.
We are not responsible for acts, omissions, or negligence of independent clinics, hotels, airlines, or other third parties. Any dispute regarding medical outcomes should be addressed with the treating provider under their terms and applicable regulation.
6. Medical disclaimer
Information on our website and in our communications is for general information and coordination purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional with any questions about a medical condition or treatment. Do not disregard professional medical advice because of something you read on our site.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence.
